WireGuard setup

Step 1: install WireGuard

Download and install the WireGuard app for your computer:

• Windows, macOS or Linux: https://www.wireguard.com/install/
• Mac from the App Store: WireGuard on the App Store

Open the app once it is installed.

Step 2: create an empty tunnel and find your public key

1. In WireGuard, click Add tunnel, then Add empty tunnel. WireGuard creates your key pair automatically.
2. Find the Public key for that tunnel. On Windows and macOS it is shown in the tunnel details. It is a single line of 44 characters that ends in =.
3. Copy that line. Do not copy the PrivateKey line, and keep it private.

Step 3: get your settings

Enter the code we sent you, and paste your public key.
